Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for transporting staff
  • Responsible for Company vehicle
  • Maintaining the vehicle in the condition specified in the Astral policy manual
  • Maintaining and adhering to the 20 keys principles including Health & Safety of the department

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in driving a Bus
  • C14 driver's license with PDP is a strict requirement
  • Must have knowledge of all areas in the Western Cape
  • Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a diverse working environment
  • Must have excellent communication, problem solving and planning skills
  • Must be fluent in English and a second official language
  • Must have own reliable transport to and from work
